Assessment Process
Our assessment has four main components.
- Our in house Spoken English Aptitude Test looks at six different elements related to spoken English fluency.
- Listening is assessed using the Oxford Placement Test - Listening.
- Grammar is assessed using the Oxford Placement Test - Grammar.
- Where training will include written English, we use our in house Written English Aptitude Test.
Our assessment procedure is highly standardised. Add to that the fact that we have conducted literally thousands of student assessments in exactly the same way, and you can see why we are confident of the accuracy of our Entrance Assessment.
Study Plan
When we know the IELTS score you need, and have a good idea of the score you are currently capable of achieving, we create a study plan intended to help you reach your goal as efficiently as possible.
Your study plan will detail the number of hours of class time that needs to be devoted to each of the four main skill areas. |
